Shipping Details and Policies

IN STOCK and READY TO SHIP (RTS) items usually ship with 1-2 business days unless we have a backlog at which point, we will notify you if there is a delay. 

MADE-TO-ORDER and CUSTOM ORDERS currently have a 6 -8-week processing time.  This is an estimated time only.  Please reach out to us if you need a made to order item by a specific date, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:  We currently offer shipping through the USPS.  Shipping charges are calculated and based on size, weight and shipping zones determined by the USPS.  You will be emailed a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your item has shipped.  After receipt of your shipping confirmation, please allow 24-hours for USPS to capture the scan of your package and update to the most accurate delivery information.  Depending on shipping method, you can expect delivery within 2-8 business days.  USPS PRIORITY MAIL is 1 -3 business days.  USPS GROUND is 2 – 8 Business Days.  Should you have any questions regarding shipping or delivery please contact USPS directly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  International Shipping is through USPS.  International shipping times vary depending on location.  Expected delivery is approximately 6-10 business days for PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL and up to 20 days for FIRST-CLASS PACKAGE INTERNATIONAL SERVICE.
